S L1976 days agoHi Team Hey Ray, We are very very happy that we have chosen Hey Ray and Jennifer. Honestly, we looked at maybe at least 20 houses. This one at 46 Baylor Cres has been by far the perfect balance on the price, condition and our needs for everyone in our family. We could not be thankful enough that we have made such a good choice to go with you all. Jennifer, your professional expertise and extreme patient with us really help us a lot in the entire period of time. Some of the houses that are not good enough, even under the bidding war pressure previously on Jan and Feb, you would still suggest we not to offer on them and wait till the perfect one comes to the market. The perfect one did show up and we were luckily enough to get the offer with only one extra offer competing with us! This amazing experience is worth sharing with everyone out there on the internet and all of my friends circle in Halton Hills and beyond. Niki AK63 days agoI should have done this a long time ago, but better late than never. I and my family have now done 4 transactions with Jennifer. She helped me buy, sell and rent part of my house and then helped my parents sell their house. Each sale transaction was wildly different and she excelled at all of them. When I bought my house, this was back in the day when realtors presented offers in person. I remember being parked out front with my mother next to me hoping my offer was good enough. I could see four other cars from other buyers and I loved the house, but was too young for a bidding war. I wasn’t the highest offer, but she won it for me. With her foresight, I’d done my own home inspection and had my finances in order so I could go in with zero conditions and she sold my offer to the clients like a boss. Later, I renovated that home and split it into a duplex. She helped me find an amazing tennant and protected me from signing a lease with people that were likely either going to scam me or have far too many people move into that space. Then I got engaged, bought a new house in a new town and the bachelorette pad had to go. She helped me get everything in order to sell it fast including helping my tennant find another home so that we could sell it empty (likely not the case for everyone, but the stars aligned here). We sold it in two weeks with what we named the Sargent Special, but more importantly we sold it for exactly what Jennifer predicted. I was very lucky to pull this off just before the big market slump. My parents house sold in the 2026 crazy slow market. It took a little longer because price was more important than speed for them and again right where she estimated. Jennifer knows her stuff. She knows the worth of a property and how to show it off. Listen to her and she’ll make magic happen. She’s got a rolodex of people for whatever touch up is needed. She has your back through the entire process. The storage pod is super useful. Ray, genius idea to merge house sales and storage. Clearing out your excess items to properly show the house is highly effective and if you do it right it can help with moving costs too. Lindsay Cook115 days agoI don't even know where to start with Jennifer from Hey Ray because this wasn't just a business transaction for us. Helping my son buy his first home came with a million questions, stress, excitement, changing our minds, overthinking things, and us being all over the place through the entire process. Not once did Jennifer make us feel like we were a pain or asking too much. She answered every text, every question, every "wait... what about this?" with patience and kindness. The thing is, Jennifer isn't just amazing at what she does she's genuinely an amazing person. It never felt like we had someone "working for us" it felt like we had a friend walking through it with us. Honestly, it felt like she travelled the world with us for months because she was there through every twist and turn. Watching your son buy his first house is emotional enough, and having someone you trust standing beside you through it all makes a huge difference. We are beyond grateful for her. Jeff Simmons593 days agoMid January my wife and I found the home we had been seeking for so very long. We took a drive and visited it at an open house. While there we met an extraordinary realtor named Jennifer Sargeant. She worked on Ray Chesher's team at HeyRay out of Georgetown and we asked if she could be our realtor as well. She agreed and she got the "ball rolling" very quickly. Before we knew it we had visitations and open houses. Her mindful and respectfulness of our cleanliness was always very important to her. Within two weeks of our meeting Jennifer we had several offers, one of which we accepted. It must be noted that Ray himself was also instrumental in our achieving a positive result. Jennifer always communicated concisely and in a timely manner which led us to the selling of our home. My wife and I cannot express how deeply we appreciated Jennifer's knowledge and expertise.
